Description
The estuary at Tamarindo has many panga boats that people rent out to traverse the estuary. Good move, considering the crocs here are in abundance, and they don't like the taste of a panga boat. Tourists, surfers and locals they do like, so you're much better off getting in one. They're also used for estuary tours where tourist often spot crocs, many birds and monkeys.
