This is the back road out of Tamarindo which goes to Villa Real. This road used to be a washed out mess, but it has been repaired and is a shorter way with much less traffic to get to the next town. On Fridays and Mondays there are 2 separate farmer's markets where you can buy a large variety of fresh fruits and vegetables at much better prices than in the grocery store.
It's a great way to get some offroad sights and walking, while stocking up on fresh fruits and veggies....
